Condition Ratings E - Open Box - Pillow Sealed We rarely receive products in retail-ready condition. When we do, we assign them an "E" rating. The pillow is factory sealed, and the exterior packaging shows very minimal signs of handling. D - Open Box - Pillow Unsealed Internal seal may be broken or missing. Packaging insert may also be absent. The product is in great condition, but the exterior packaging may have minor cosmetic flaws that disqualify it from retail sale. C - Heavy Damage to Original Packaging Pillow ships in original container, but the clear plastic protector has been opened or removed. Packaging insert may be missing. The pillow itself is untouched, but the external retail packaging is significantly damaged from prior transit. B - Dust / Dirt, Original Packaging Missing These items show visible dust, dirt, or discoloration on 5–25% of their surface. This is often from mishandling or water exposure. Most defects can be resolved by washing the cover. We do not clean these to maintain transparency. Original packaging and inserts may or may not be included. A - Heavy Use These items are from a separate product stream and show clear signs of previous use, and are sold to those who have the ability to refurbish for continued future use. About Us

On Pricing

We believe that the lower we can keep our prices, the more good we can do — for our partners and our customers. Our typical return on an item is between $3–$5, just enough to cover our costs. Moving through inventory quickly allows us to keep our footprint small.

As part of our commitment to transparency and ethical corporate governance, we will publish these numbers beginning in 2025.

On Returns

If we've made a mistake, we'll own it and get you a full refund. However, to keep costs low for everyone, we haven't factored returns for other reasons into our pricing model.

On Packaging

We will make every attempt to send this in original manufacturer's packaging. However, sometimes, due to packaging damage, multi-quantity orders, or shipping restrictions (especially if the packaging is non-durable or glossy), we send some items in our own packaging or packaging from other manufacturers.
